Our Terms and Conditions :

The Terms and Conditions are given hereunder and on our website (any other printed material), and the Brochures form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You must read, understand and accept all the terms and conditions and Brochures before registering yourself / family/friends for any of our tours.

1. Rs. 6,000/- per head in advance to be paid for booking before 150 days until the availability of seats.

2. Balance amount to be paid in Online/ Cash/ Account Payee Cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS/ drafts in favour of “HOLIDAY Tours and Travels, Kolkata” at least 30 days before the date of journey start, otherwise the reservation of seat will be treated as cancelled.

3. Tour cost includes Transportation, Accommodation in hotels (family-wise); any additional person in the same room will be provided either cot or mattress on the floor.

4. The passenger must bear all entry fees, guide charges, any taxes, camera charges, and others which are not included with the itinerary.

5. If the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, extra costs will have to be born on the passenger.

6. Due to any natural calamity, defense restriction, strike or political disturbance, - if the tour gets cancelled, in that case, 25% of the tour cost will be deducted from the advance amount.
